A little history
Our yard’s origins go back to 1974. Some 136 customised steel & aluminium hulls and superstructures were built under the name Jachtwerf Bloemsma of Makkum. In 1997, Nico van Breemen’s technical installation company took over the operations and the hugely experienced workforce. Since then, we’ve focused on building complete yachts, of which the 158' Flying Eagle has been the largest motor yacht and the 134' Valquest the largest sailing yacht.
